GSD Chem, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Solutions by Steam Pros, a leading manufacturer of cleaning and protection formulations for carpet, upholstery, fabrics and other surfaces. Solutions serves the carpet/upholstery cleaning, fabric protection and pet odor control markets.“We are pleased to have Solutions by Steam Pros join the GSD Chem family,” said Dr. Heather Rayle, president of GSD Chem, Inc. “Solutions is known for their high-quality cleaning and protection solutions and is a perfect complement to our other specialty industrial cleaning products.” The business will be headquartered at GSD Chem’s Eddystone, Pennsylvania, facility.
